When you work with us, you are given the opportunity to pay for Google Workspace licenses from the company's bank accounts, which makes further accounting easy and transparent. The invoice is issued in hryvnia at the current official exchange rate to the euro, including VAT.
Will this increase the cost of licenses? Yes, it will increase by the amount of VAT, which, of course, is not included in Google's unified tariffs. However, as an official Google partner, we have the opportunity to have a more flexible approach to pricing.

Of course, this is very correct and necessary in order to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. However, until the support specialist receives a complete, in his opinion, picture, you will receive requests for additional information. And you will not be able to get into a "live" conversation with a technical specialist. Most likely, several specialists or AI will be involved in solving your issue. Thus, taking into account the possible number of iterations and the planned response time for each of them (4 hours), adding non-working hours and weekends, the solution to your problem will take from 2 working days in the best case.
